Alcrete Expands into Kentucky with Acquisition of Carter Concrete Products LLC
We are excited to announce the successful acquisition of Carter Concrete Products LLC, a long-standing precast manufacturer based in Boaz, Kentucky. This strategic expansion, encompassing Carter Concrete Products’ extensive production facilities and its 17-acre manufacturing site, positions Alcrete to significantly broaden its market reach.

Carter Concrete Products has a storied history, beginning operations in the 1930s and remaining under the leadership of the Carter family for four generations. Bruce Carter, president of Carter Concrete Products, expressed confidence in the acquisition, stating,

Alcrete, known for its wide range of precast concrete products used in new construction, primarily serves the stormwater and wastewater management sectors.
