Everlee is a large residential development by Signature Homes, with plans for 2,344 new construction homes over 833 acres in Hoover, Alabama. Signature Homes is one of the south’s leading developers, and as such, they have the experience required to keep their construction deadlines organized and efficient. They contracted with Flanagan Contracting, a trusted firm in Birmingham, Alabama, to complete water lines, storm and sewer, and grading on this fast-paced project. Alcrete was tasked by Flanagan Contracting to provide 250 structures and an impressive 13,600 linear feet of concrete pipe (ranging from 18″ to 48″ diameter).
